- Who's eligible to enter?
- In order to be eligible, a person must:
- Be a legal resident of, and physically located
in, the United States
- Be fourteen years of age or older at the time
of registering for the giveaway
- Agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

- Not have any involvement or affiliation with
Samsung Telecommunications of America, T-Mobile USA, Inc., or PBJS.
Employees and contractors of these organizations, as well as their
families, are ineligible.
- Must I be a T-Mobile customer to enter?
- No, you do not need to be a T-Mobile customer to
enter the giveaway.
Sweepstakes Entry
- Does the Samsung Behold II Sweepstakes cost
anything to enter?
- No, the contest does not cost anything.
- How do I enter the giveaway?
- First, you must register at http://www.beawinnergiveaway.com.
Then, you may enter the contest once every hour throughout the duration
of the contest. Each hour, a winner is randomly selected from entries
during the previous hour. Your initial entry does not automatically
transfer into the next hour's drawing, so you will need to re-enter the
sweepstakes every hour to remain eligible for subsequent drawings. Note
that if you win a prize (hourly or daily), you are no longer eligible to
play.
- When can I play?
- The Samsung Mobile Be a Winner Giveaway is open
from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time, seven days a week,
starting Nov 18, 2009, and ending December 23, 2009.
Prizes
- What are the prizes?
- Hourly prize winners will win a Samsung Behold
II mobile phone.
- Daily prize winner will win a Samsung 40" LED
HDTV.
- How do I win a prize?
- You can win by registering every hour for the
hourly prize. Hourly winners are randomly selected. If you are an hourly
winner, you are automatically entered to win the daily prize drawing at
the end of the 24 hour period. Daily prize winners are randomly selected.
- How do I know if I've won a prize?
- You will receive an email message to let you
know that you have won.
- How do I get my prize?
- If you are an Hourly winner, the Behold II
phone will be shipped via ground within 14 business days from when
winners are declared. Prizes are sent to the address players provided
during registration.
- If you are a Daily winner, you will receive a
letter of instruction along with an affidavit for proof of identity which
you must sign in the presence of a notary public and return within 20
days. Once the legal documentation is received, the LED TV will be
shipped.
- I haven't received my prize yet. What should
I do?
- Allow 21 days for delivery. If more than 21
days have passed, contact the support team at fulfillment@beawinnergiveaway.com.
Be sure the message includes your e-mail address and the date and hour
which you won.
- Allow 10 business days for delivery of legal
paperwork and instructions if you are a Daily Winner. If more than a week
has passed, contact the support team at fulfillment@beawinnergiveaway.com.
